In this example we display the rank p-values, constructed using the p-values of cross-population number of segregating sites by length test (XP-NSL). This picture includes a genomic window of 1 Mbp centered on a rs4988235 SNP, at the position 2:136,606,646 (GRCh37.p13). There are 1834 SNPs in this genomic region, and the results are displayed for all of them simultaneously (596,050 rank p-values). Please note, that the p-values were constructed from total number of 182,601 SNPs tested with the same selection test coming from different parts of the genome (data not shown).
